The Beehive Champagne Leg Ham is a semi boneless full muscle ham. Three quarters of the leg bone is removed except for the hock. A Champagne ham is a very efficient ham to carve and ensures perfect succulent slices straight off the leg every time! Glazed and dressed the Beehive Champagne ham presents beautifully.
